What does it take to be an Active Future Coach?
You are joining a team of professional coaches that truly believe in our why. To instil a love of movement and to increase the likelihood of life long participation in movement. You will think laterally about how you can best achieve these aims and engage people in activity. You will have to think on your feet and respond to changing environments. You will be comfortable delivering to children and young people and interacting with parents.
You will be joining the most professional and passionate coaching team in the industry and you will be expected to represent the organisation at all times. It is not all hard work, we will also expect you to play hard and join the team in our legendary social events.
Our coaches are very well compensated and we have a very clear Person Pipeline that could see you fly through the ranks of Active Future.
